Splish Splash Party: Our wild ride with the Intex Water Slide

1. Space Savvy: Make sure you've got enough room for this bad boy. Ours fit perfectly along the edge of the pool, but it's not tiny. So make sure you measure your space.

2. Safety: This comes with a platform at the bottom for a soft landing, but we felt like it was getting in the way and not needed. We were able to cut if off and it still works great.

3. Pump Power: It doesn't come with a pump, so make sure you have an electric pump on hand. There are two ways to inflate it. To get started, use the larger hole to fill it up quick. Once it gets close to being inflated, use the smaller hole to finish it up.

4. Sharing is Caring: We've had several parties where kids have really put this to the test. The first time we had a bunch of kids on it, we did get some holes. We sealed them up with Gorilla tape so they could keep playing. After a while, we had too many pieces of gorilla tape so we bought a new one, the same brand, because it's not super expensive.

5. Cleanup Crew: Keep it out of the sun and dry when you aren't using it. This will help it last much longer.
